Also included will be training on the software and some best practices so you can stay up to date and organized with your finances.

CLEAN UP SERVICE

My Clean up service is perfect when you find that your books have gone awry. Sometimes just don’t know where to book those receipts so you guess or put them all to Miscellaneous and let your CPA figure it out at Year-End. Maybe you are new to this or discover that your bookkeeper didn’t know as much as they said they did. Now your books are a mess and you can’t get a handle on how your business is doing. I will do a complete audit of your books, reconcile your accounts and move everything where it needs to go so you have accurate financials and any custom reports you need.

 

CATCH UP SERVICE

This is a great service for the business owner who wants to keep their own books but has fallen behind. Maybe your bookkeeper is out on sick leave or you’ve gotten so busy running the day-to-day that you just need some help in the interim.  I can step in, get everything caught up so you are back up and running.

CONVERSION

Have you outgrown your current software or are you looking for software that is more suited your growing businesses needs? Converting to new software can be difficult and there are several checks and balances involved to make sure all of your data has migrated over correctly and your balances match. The extra time spend on the front end will pay off in the long run. I will convert all of your existing data into the new software and test it to make sure everything has moved over before you start using the new software. I can also help with the training on the new software.

MONTHLY REVIEW
